TÜV SÜD issued the EU WLTP Laboratory Competence Certificate to SAWTC of Tongji University on February 14th. This time, SAWTC of Tongji University passed the audit of TÜV SÜD, which not only proves that its key elements such as test equipment, test environment, quality system and laboratory personnel fully meet the requirements of the EU motor vehicle emission regulation 2018/1832/EU, but also signifies that SAWTC has the ability to carry out international programmatic motor vehicle emission regulations, and can provide vehicles with test results that are more in line with the actual road conditions. It also further deepens the cooperation between the two organizations. Meanwhile, it also further deepens the cooperation between the two sides, and in the future, the two sides will make full use of their respective brands, professional skills, forward-looking experience and other advantageous resources to jointly promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the automotive industry.

Passing the EU WLTP Witness Laboratory Competence Certification marks that the Wind Tunnel Center meets the requirements of the EU motor vehicle emission regulation 2018/1832/EU in terms of key elements such as test equipment, test environment, quality system and laboratory personnel.
After the awarding and unveiling ceremony, TÜV SÜD and Tongji Automobile College exchanged views on specific issues to further expand and deepen cooperation.
